Firstly, I'm going to start with tips how to dress emo in different weather
.
Dressing emo can pose multiple challenges across various weather conditions. Attempting to maintain the emo style while staying comfortable can be difficult; with the desire to dress up and express individuality through emo fashion battling with the necessary temperature your body needs; you may be tempted to just not wear most of your clothes until the climate comes to your liking. But do you really need to do that?
- How to dress emo in Cold weather 🧤-
To dress emo in cold weather, your best bet is layers.
For lightly cold weather, you can wear the classic black skinny jeans, but if it is extremely cold, wearing leggings or thin thermals underneath your skinny jeans will keep you warm, all whilst you look cool as hell. If you don't want to wear skinny jeans, you could definitely wear a skirt, thick tights (possibly with a cool design) and thigh highs. This has been one of my favourite combos getting through British winter LOL.
If you believe it's too cold to wear your band t-shirts, have you tried layering them with a long sleeved top or thermal underneath? Hoodies and jackets are always very good for layering, even if you are like me and still want your band logo showing, even a zip up hoodie halfway zipped , with a denim or really any jacket overtop will keep you extremely warm. Add accessories like beanies, fingerless gloves, and scarves, and finish with chunky boots or Converse sneakers. And DONT be afraid to put some fluffy socks underneath.
